The hotel's efficient business center, where I found comprehensive facilities, made working remotely productive. The responsive staff were notable; while I initially encountered an issue with air conditioning, their prompt attempts to resolve it-providing multiple fans overnight and facilitating a swift repair-illustrated their commitment to service. I also appreciated complimentary breakfast for all delegates, offering a pleasing variety and a well-organized dining area. Its prime location, just a three-minute walk from the train station, allowed easy access to explore Zürich, and overall, the hotel's blend of convenience and functionality makes it an excellent choice for any business traveler looking for a productive environment.
